【Department Overview】
The Department of Digital Multimedia Design at NTUB focuses on cultivating talent in Digital Game Design and Digital Animation Design. The curriculum covers planning, art, programming, storytelling, multimedia integration, and post-production. Emphasizing the CAST (Creative, Art, Science, Technology) philosophy, the program integrates creativity, art, science, and technology to train students in both practical skills and humanistic literacy.
The goal is to nurture professionals in game and animation industries who possess innovative thinking and hands-on expertise. The curriculum includes foundational design, computer applications, animation production, video editing, and web design, alongside specialized courses in digital games and animation. Through this comprehensive training, students are expected to achieve the CAST learning objectives before graduation, equipping them with the skills and mindset needed for the creative technology field.
We offer some digital game design relative courses, including digital game programming, mobile phone programming, game engine utilization, interactive design, augmented reality application, and so on.
In addition, there are also some courses relative to animation design, such as digital image processing, sketch, video processing, film script, digital music produce, webpage design, 3D modeling, and so on.
